Dr. Jennifer Martin

Dr. Jennifer Martin, Hall Family Foundation Professor of Theatre, was the developer and founding editor of the Journal of the Association of Theatre Movement Educators. Michael Henry (Communications Studies) is the only A&S faculty member to be named to the 13-member UM System eMentors group to work with others interested in “…integrating eLearning methodologies into their courses…”  Michael has been teaching online courses for over 15 years. Kristi Holsinger (Criminal Justice and Criminology) has combined  her  teaching and research with service learning for her students as mentors in the juvenile justice system. See:

Tony Caruso (Physics) has just been awarded $293,722 by the Office of Naval Research to further his research on developing a High Efficiency Solid State Neutron Detector.

Dan McIntosh (Physics) studies galaxies and their mergers and has his students looking to the stars for data. He has been featured in several recent interviews and stories and was just awarded a two-year grant titled: “Catching Galaxies in the Act” in the amount of $42,988 from the Research Corporation for Science Advancement.
