Jessica Trahan

Jessica Trahan, Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is this month’s Hive Five winner.

Jessica joined the university in fall 2008, and is in her sixth season with Women’s Basketball. She is grateful for her place at UMKC saying, “My job at UMKC has become such an integral part of life for me. The people I work with/have worked with make this place so special. When you add the chance to work with our team, it is hard not to feel blessed and fortunate.”

A transplanted southerner, Jessica loves Mexican and Cajun foods, but also appreciates the “hearty Midwestern cuisine.” She explores Kansas City in her free time looking for great local restaurants. She finds savoring a good meal a treat.

Given the chance to travel, Jessica would like to visit Napa Valley, California and Europe.

She enjoys treks to the mountains, playing golf, and reading.

Congratulations, again to Jessica Trahan December’s Staff Council High Five winner!
