Our E-Week blood drive on Feb. 18th, sponsored by UMKC’s student chapter of Engineers Without Borders (EWB) attracted over 60 donors wanting to participate, with 41 being first time donors! Thirty-eight (38) units of blood were actually collected, with each unit being able to help two persons. This well exceeded the Community Blood Center’s goal of 30 units. [...]

The Society of American Military Engineers (S.A.M.E.) 2010 Greater Kansas City Post Industry Day Education and Training Workshop was extremely well attended by SCE students and faculty!
