Promotion and Tenure Information Sessions are offered in the Fall Semester to prepare tenured and tenure-track faculty for the promotion and tenure process. Attendance to one P&T Info Session during the academic year their portfolio is submitted for review is required of all candidates.
To enroll in one of the P&T Information Sessions listed below, contact Beci Edmundson (email@example.com) ext. 2721. You will receive an Outlook Calendar Event notification when your enrollment is received, please click “Accept” to RSVP and add the event to your Outlook Calendar.
P&T Information Sessions
All P&T Candidates to be reviewed at the Campus level (Tenure/Tenure-Track, and Ranked Librarians) are required to attend one of the following P&T Information Sessions listed below:
- P&T Info Session #1 To Be Determined 9:00 am – 11:00 am TBD, Administrative Center (5115 Oak Street, 2nd Floor, Volker Campus) Registration Capacity = 34
- P&T Info Session #2 To Be Determined 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm TBD, Health Sciences Campus Registration Capacity = 45
- P&T Info Session #3 To Be Determined 9:30 am – 11:30 am TBD, Administrative Center (5115 Oak Street, 2nd Floor, Volker Campus) Registration Capacity = 20
- P&T Info Session #4 To Be Determined 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm TBD, Administrative Center (5115 Oak Street, 2nd Floor, Volker Campus) Registration Capacity = 20
Portfolio Prep and Assembly Sessions
Beci Edmundson is available to assist tenure/tenure-track faculty with one-on-one portfolio preparation and assembly sessions. Please contact her via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (235-2721) to schedule a 2-hour ePortfolio session in your office. Spring Semester sessions: Priority given to tenure/tenure-track faculty preparing for mandatory portfolio submission on May 1.
NTT Faculty preparing for Promotion and Tenure-Track faculty preparing for Mid-Tenure (3rd year) Review are encouraged to meet with their unit P&T Coordinator for assistance in preparing and assembling their ePortfolio.
