Online Nursing Graduate Program Ranked 15th in the Nation

U.S. News and World Report has ranked the UMKC School of Nursing in the Top 20 of the nation’s best online graduate nursing programs.  UMKC ranked 15th in the nation, the highest of any public university in Missouri or Kansas (University of Kansas ranked 23rd).  U.S. News based their rankings on factors such as graduation rates, accreditation, faculty credentials, student engagement, and admissions selectivity.

UMKC’s School of Nursing has been offering online graduate programs since 2004.  Online students are expected to participate in regular discussions, and the on-site Summer Institutes they attend on campus include clinical training sessions, dissertation work sessions, and presentations to classmates and faculty.
