Last week at Lathrop and Gage, the Trustees recognized The Scholar of the Year, the Community Partnership Award winner and the Community Service Award winner, as well as Faculty Fellow and Faculty Scholar awards.

The success of UMKC is due in a large part to the Trustees and our many partners who help tie the university to Kansas City. The Trustees Awards is an important time for them to honor and recognize those vital partnerships ensuring that UMKC is an exceptional urban university embedded in the community.
