Croy receives $60,000 Trustees’ Scholarship

Douglas Croy, a resident of Harrisonville and a spring 2015 graduate of Harrisonville High School, has been named a University of Missouri-Kansas City Trustees’ Scholar. When Croy enters the Business Administration program at UMKC in the fall, he will receive a scholarship valued at $60,000 over four years. Croy’s award is supported by the UMKC Board of Trustees, the founder of the scholarship program.

Croy, who graduated in the top 1 percent of his class, was a member of DECA, president for two years and a leadership delegate. He played varsity soccer, earning Most Valuable Defender and Most Valuable Player honors. He was a freshman mentor and a member of Student Council and National Honor Society. Read more here.
