Big building renovation will begin at UMKC

The Spencer Chemistry and Biological Sciences building at the University of Missouri-Kansas City will get a $14.5 million construction renovation by McCarthy Building Cos. Inc.

About 75,000 square feet of laboratory space will be modernized in the renovation, which also addresses deferred maintenance issues. Read more.
