Public Relations/Social Media Intern-Burns & McDonnell

Full-time, Internship

Assists in the preparation of information and materials
for submittals, presentations and proposals. Maintains photographic, proposal,
and firm credential files. Participates in development of brochure materials,
web content development, social media, and public relations
efforts. Assists in the coordination of, and participates in, special
events, public meetings and conferences. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

In Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Communications with at least two years of post-secondary education.

Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.

Prior internship and/or related consulting experience
is a plus.

Involvement on campus or in the community.

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills.

Database management experience a plus.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e.
without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work
sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
