Jacob Wrobel is a K-State grad with a music education degree who wants nothing more than to share his passion of music with others and hope they hold on to that passion their whole lives. He has been playing percussion since he was a child in the footsteps of his older brother, though his mom was hoping he’d be a trumpet player! Jacob didn’t find his love for music until his senior year of high school, but since then has taken every opportunity to share his music through teaching, playing, arranging, or composing. He is the graduate assistant at the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he is getting a performance degree, in hopes to someday be a collegiate percussion professor and teach music to people of all ages and backgrounds.
