- Economic Development - Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- Excellence (Sustained Excellence and Early Career) – Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- University Citizenship (Leadership, Service and Mentoring) – Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- Engagement (Cross-Cultural and Community) – Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- Inter-Campus Collaboration - Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- Thomas Jefferson - Submit electronic nomination file to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10
- Student Entrepreneur of the Year, should be submitted per the guidelines on the Nomination Form directly to UM System before January 31. (These nominations do not require Provost and Chancellor approval prior to UM System submission).
Please note that all UM Presidential Award nominations must be reviewed and approved by the UMKC Provost and Chancellor prior to submitting to UM System, therefore all nominations (except Student Entrepreneur of the Year) should be sent electronically to Awards@umkc.edu before January 10 annually, prior to the posted deadline on the Nomination Forms.
All required nomination materials (see Nomination Form for list of required materials for each award) should be in electronic format and merged into one single PDF file (see nomination form for file name requirements). All letters of support should be signed and appear on appropriate department, unit, university, corporate, or organizational letterhead.
