Foundations 3D Design
Two Sections to choose from:
- Section 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30-3:20 pm, or
- Section 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-8:20 pm
This course is an exploration of materials and concepts used in a variety of modes of three-dimensional expression. Focusing on experimentation and research as integral parts of artistic development, this class will be both process- and product-driven. Working with hand tools, traditional materials, and found or ready-made objects, students will gain the benefits of hands-on experience in expressing their ideas and solving assigned problems. The course fulfills the College of Arts & Sciences’ Humanities requirement.
